Hi
I have a problem with my novation twitch running with serato itch v. 2.2.2 and my macbook witch mac os x 10.6.8 2,4GHz intel core 2 duo 2 Go 667 DDR2
When i put the " headphone button " of the deck A to get the cue in my headphones while i have the crossfader playing music on the deck B, the song of the deck A goes in the headphones but in the master too, but only on the right speaker.
That means that i can't hear the next song on the other deck in my headphones while i'm playing the first deck song.
I've written to novation, they told me that it's not a problem of the twitch because this problem doesn't exist on my second computer witch is a iMac 3,1GHz intel core i5 8Go 1333 MHz DDR3
I put the setup exactly on the same settings, i don't understand. Is it a problem of compatibility with my macbook and the twitch ?
Thanks for your help.
Maxime

Hey Maxime Mathevon,
Thanks for getting in touch,
I put the setup exactly on the same settings, i don't understand. Is it a problem of compatibility with my macbook and the twitch ?
1. Have you installed the latest Novation Twitch Mac Drivers?
-- Download Here --> d19ulaff0trnck.cloudfront.net
Install this driver, restart your MAC, launch ITCH.
Do you have the same issue? If you still have issues move onto the below,
2. Try both USB ports on your MAC.
3. Reinstall the TWITCH Midi driver.
-- Disconnect your TWITCH.
-- Click the Finder icon and navigate to your APPLICATIONS folder.
-- Navigate to your UTILITIES folder.
-- Open "AUDIO MIDI SETUP".
-- On your top task bar you will see a "WINDOW" drop down menu. Click it.
-- Open the MIDI WINDOW.
-- Find the TWITCH for the list of devices.
-- Remove the TWITCH as a device.
-- Close the MIDI WINDOW.
-- Close the AUDIO MIDI SETUP WINDOW.
-- Connect your TWITCH.
-- Launch ITCH.
Do you still have the same issue?
4. Are you using other USB devices?
-- Any wireless mouses / any keyboards?
Let me know how you get on :)
Thanks.

Hey Maxime Mathevon,
What output connection are you plugging your speakers into?
-- The Booth output?
-- Or the Master output?
Thanks.
