@ Cham. You will have better luck getting assistance with Serato DJ in the Serato DJ section of the forum. I know just about all there is to know w Serato DJ................... but pretty much only w the DDJ-SX otherwise I'd be more of assistance. Sorry Bud but try there in the Reloops mixer area. Thanks for get in touch with us. Have you download and installed latest drivers and firmware? You can download and install it from here. (www.reloop.com)

I would suggest you to do that first and let us know how it go.
