Can you explain in more detail please?

Do you mean the physical Jog wheel platter gets stuck, or do you mean the virtual Serato DJ deck gets stuck?

Thanks for that information, it sounds like a hardware issue?

I would recommend you take the Terminal Mix 4 back to the retail store you purchased it from for their thoughts.
