Hi,

I bought a Novation Twich last year in march and last week some one stole it from me.


I bought a second hand Numark Mixtrack Pro and I want to use it with Serato Itch not with Serato Intro.

Is it possible?

Unfortunately its not possible. The Mixtrack Pro is only supported by Serato DJ and Serato DJ Intro.

So, when Serato DJ will be available as a free download for Novation Twitch, I will be entitled to download it, right? And obviously, use it (with mixtrack pro).

Am I correct?

Unfortunately you are incorrect and I will explain why.

There are two kinds of controllers that activate Serato DJ.

INTRO controllers (IE Mixtrack Pro).
-- These controllers require you to plugin via USB, login through Serato DJ with your Serato.com user details. Once this has been done Serato DJ becomes activated for that ONE computer and any controller will then be able to connect with it.
-- You will need to purchase an activation code.

PRO controllers (IE DDJ-SX / TWITCH / DDJ-S1 etc).
-- These controllers dont require activation. When you plug the controller into your computers USB port and launch Serato DJ the controller automatically activates the software.
-- You can use your TWITCH on ANY computer with Serato DJ.
