Hey Folks,

My Itch is kind of freezing sometimes and i cant load tracks, push play stop etc.. tune is playing sometimes, sometimes not. I also have problems to recognize the vci 380.. Tried to check it with an PC - even worse. Disoneccting all the time...

I sent it to Vestax support few weeks ago because of the known fader issue... after that this began to happen.

Is it a software or hardware issue? Im not sure.

Im playing gigs on a big festivals with big crowds and it has really to work!!! Im not save with this thing anymore..

Hi Max1234567,

Thanks for get in touch with us. So you having problem since you sent controller to Vestax for service? Try install ITCH 2.2.2 with controller again and see how it go. Use different USB cables and test it out is good idea too. And also try and rebuild your DatabaseV2, follow instructions from here (serato.com) and reopen Serato DJ and see if that helps.
You might have Database V2 files on your different partitions of your HDD & External drives so you will need to rebuilt all of them.

But your issue could be hardware problem because you have tried to connect other computers and had same problem. Please let me know how it go and also I would suggest you to contact with people did service for you controller.
