Serato DJ crashes with an external firewire sound card

I like to use my production iMac to analyse my serato library (in offline mode). However, whenever I try to start DJ with my firewire sound card (Focusrite Saffire Pro 40) connected, it crashes immediately.
As soon as I disconnect the sound card, everything works fine.

I'm wondering if there's a fix for this, or otherwise to report this bug. I tried clearing my library and reinstalling DJ, but to no avail.

iMac 27" 3.2GHz i3, 12GB RAM, running 10.8.3

Never heard of that before. Are you running ProTools though? There was an issue with some of Avid's drivers conflicting.

Either way, you should definitely start a help request because that's not supposed to happen! ;-)

I thought that was the issue too but ProTools has been off my system for like a year. Thanks for the advice though :)
