Hey Keefer,

Thanks for getting in touch,

I noticed you are running Windows 8. This operating system is not currently supported by us. Some users out there are running Windows 8 with no issues, other users are having issues. Until we finish thoroughly testing our products on this platform, we recommend you stick to Windows 7.

I will definitely try troubleshoot for you, but we may not be able to resolve the issue. I thought it would be best to let you know this now.

1. Is your TWITCH connected directly to your computers USB port?

2. Do you use any other USB devices?
-- Any wireless mouses / keyboards?
-- Any external hard drives?
-- Any USB hubs?

3. Have you tried using another USB port?
4. Have you tried using another USB cable?

Thanks.

thanks, my twitch is directlt connected, i occasionally use a wireless mouse but it doesn't seem to be the issue as this problem happens sporadically wether or not the mouse is in, switching the usb port usually fixes it most of the time its just a case of plug unplug untill i can see deck a's touchstrip tracking my finger. i will try and use another cable ( i dont use any hubs or hard drives) it doesn't seem to me to be the cable, i think either my controller has an issue or infinately more like windows 8 is lame. thanks again for responding so quickly :)

Hey Keefer,

Thanks for that information,

I have seen the Twitch act strange when USB wireless mouses are plugged in
-- The TWITCH requires a decent amount of USB power.
-- Other devices can steel USB power away from the TWITCH USB port which can cause it to act randomly at times. (certain buttons / features stop working).

1. Each USB port will have a slightly different USB power output.
-- Test each port with your TWITCH. Work out the best available port.
-- Always plug your TWITCH directly into this port.

2. Try another cable.
-- Again, cables have different ratings.
-- They can also become faulty.

Let me know how you get on :)

Thanks.
