I just recently bought the full version of Serato and was very happy with the product. Soon after the songs from my itunes library wouldnt play, my mix deck wouldnt connect and my itunes library was currupted.

Hey,

happens this 'only' ti itune files?
what about other mp3?

The MP3's are fine but serato should convert the files.

Thanks for getting in touch,

I noticed you are running Windows 8. This operating system is not currently supported by us. Some users have no issues with Windows 8, others have issues. Until we have thoroughly finished testing our products on this platform we recommend you stick to Windows 7.

I will definitely continue to troubleshoot for you, but we may not be able to resolve your issue, I thought it would be best to let you know this now.

Just to clarify, did you have Serato DJ running correctly with your iTunes library and then it stopped working? Or have you always had issues when trying to load your iTunes library?

1. Do you have Quicktime installed on your computer?
-- Download Here --> support.apple.com
-- Install Quicktime, Restart your computer, Launch Serato DJ.

Are you now able to play your iTunes music inside Serato DJ?

2. Regarding your Mixdeck not connecting.
Are you using a Reloop Terminal Mix 4 controller?
Or are you using a Numark Mixdeck controller?

3. Are you able to attached a couple files that cause you issues to this thread?
