When i load a song, my ns7 would start acting wire. One of the platters would not spin and the other would not stop spinning. It keeps happening frequently, not sure what's going on, please help.

Thanks for getting in touch,

1. Check you have the correct drivers installed.
-- Download Here --> www.numark.com

2. I noticed you are running Itch 2.2
-- I recommend you update to the latest version.
-- Download Here --> serato.com

3. Serato DJ 1.2 has now been released and this is a free update for NS7 users.
-- Download Here --> serato.com
-- I recommend you download and install Serato DJ.

4. Have you ever recalibrated your NS7 controller?
-- Refer to the back of your user manual for instructions.
-- Below are a couple video links that take you through this process.

Once you have calibrated have a mix. Do you have the same issues?
