when synching it only works with certain tracks when it does not work it makes a buzzing sounds as if the clip is playing really fast. also the sych doesn't stay in once you load a new track the synch goes out

You need to make sure you've set correct beat grids on all the tracks you play. That will solve both of those problems (assuming your Ableton clips are also warped correctly).

You really need to make sure you tracks are perfectly beat grid. You also can't change the file in the deck that ableton is synced to. I find the sync to be lacking, its a feature that could really use improvement. Something like sync to a master clock would be amazing, but serato would need to add sync to SSL for something like that to function. Anyway, Sync isn't a big issue, beat matching with a properly mapped ableton controller is fairly quick and easy once you learn the process. Or I find the bridge for me to be most effect when I have it linked to a 3rd deck.

im a bit of novice to the bridge sorry if i sound a little behind. ive seen the grid edit but I'm not sure what it does?

Have you read through "The Bridge" manual yet?
