Whats up serato!

Ive recently downloaded serato dj intro for my hp notebook 2000. i have a Pioneer DDJ-WeGO. love the controller but its been giving me some difficulty on it. it keeps telling me it failed to connect audio. i tried so much to make it work. u think you can give me some help?

Hi Angelo D,

It sounds to me like you may need to manually install the drivers?

If you are going to try this I would recommend removing the drivers first. If you open control panel (make sure you select "all control panel options"), then open "programs and features", scroll down to "Pioneer DDJ_WeGO Driver" and uninstall this.

The try following this link here and downloading and installing the latest drivers for the WeGO: pioneerdj.com

Once that is done try running Serato DJ Intro again. If you are still having no luck you might want to try it with another USB cable as well?
