Yes, I'm having a jog wheel problem too. And is only the right side jog wheel. But, I don't understand by your meaning 'the track will be off'??
But anyway, u try too select a highest performance power supply on your computer and plug in a DC adapter power supply to the TERMINALMIX controller. And try to see how it respond. If still the same problem happen, then u can try to warm the jog wheel. Because the jog wheel plate will work only when it sence blood temperature. Example like iPhone, if you wrap your hand with plastic paper to touch it. It won't respond anything.
