Hey R3TRO30,

You shouldn't have to do it track by track, you should be able to select all the tracks in one folder, right click and untick read only and apply. Also you can do this to an entire folders contents by right clicking the folder and unticking read only, when you hit apply it should give you the option to apply to all files and sub-folders.

Try doing this while Serato DJ Intro is closed, then when you reopen the software you should be able to write to each of your files and after you play each song the padlock should be removed as well.
